The Divine Office Won!

Remember when I asked last month that everyone vote for DivineOffice.org in the About.com Reader's Choice Awards?  Well, the results were announced yesterday. Divine Office was the winner of best website, podcast, and iOS app (whatever iOS means, althouth I do know what an app is, despite my advanced age.)

I believe Divineoffice.org won the same awards in 2011. It's good evidence that the John Paul II generation has  taken to heart the Church's wish that we rediscover that treasure of the liturgical hours, and make it's blessings a part of our lives.

Another thought: although Dane Falkner and the gang at Divineoffice.org have done a bang-up job with the layout, design, and mechanics of the whole thing, the CONTENT that won these awards is all God's.
