My pastor, Father Skip Davis, did a bang-up job of his Fortnght for Freedom sermon. He saw the scenes from A Christmas Carol, in which Ebenezer Scrooge travels with the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come, as a metaphor for the Church in America, and indeed for all Christians in this land of ours.
